Join us for an auction, raffles, entertainment, food and shopping as Adams County Breast Cancer Coalition hosts their first annual Quarter Fundraiser Auction. Proceeds from this event will support the Adams County Breast Cancer Coalition and Gettysburg Hospital’s Free Mammogram Fund.

14th Annual Longaberger® Basket Fund-Raiser Luncheon
Friday, Aug. 27 - 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Enjoy lunch and an inspirational and educational program to benefit the American Cancer Society and the Adams County Breast Cancer Coalition (ACBCC), an affiliate of Healthy Adams County. For each basket sold, Longaberger® donates $2 towards breast cancer research. In addition, sales consultant, Candra Bretzman donates $2 per basket to the local ACBCC.

The Importance of Prenatal Care (Program offered in Spanish)

Meet with a childbirth nurse educator to learn about labor, delivery, and the first days with a new baby. 10th Anniversary Gettysburg Hospital Benefit Tennis Tournament
Saturday, May 1 (Rain Date - Saturday, May 8) Courts open at 9:30 a.m.; Play begins at 10 a.m.; Reception at 6:30 p.m.
Benefit tennis tournament for players of all ages and ability, doubles round-robin format. Proceeds support the Annual Adams County Young Women’s/Young Men’s Leadership Conferences, an educational event for every seventh grade student in Adams County.

25th Anniversary Gettysburg Hospital Benefit Golf Tournament

Look Good…Feel Better

This program is designed to help individuals with cancer look good, improve self-esteem, and manage their treatment and recovery with greater confidence. This program is being offered to members of our community by the WellSpan Adams Cancer Center through a partnership with the American Cancer Society. Free for all cancer survivors

A Celebration of Life
Sunday, June 6 - 2 to 4:30 p.m.
Celebrate survival with members of the Adams Cancer Center Support Team and Dan Shapiro, PhD, professor and chair of the humanities department at Penn State College of Medicine. As a result of his experiences on both sides of the bed, Shapiro serves as a consultant to the hit television series, “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Private Practice.” The event will include healthy snacks, entertainment, giveaways and fun.
